Our planting of Ribolla Gialla at Grosgrain Vineyard is the first snd only in the Walla Walla Valley. Mostly found in the Friuli region of Italy and neighboring Slovenia, Ribolla Gialla has thick, flavor-packed skins, which makes it one of the world's great grapes for orange wine production. While we do produce an orange wine, Ribolla is a very versatile grape and also known for vibrant sparkling wines. This pét nat style sparkler was fermented with native yeasts, unfined and unfiltered and bottled without sulfites. A pure expression of the variety.

Pale gold hue with lively bubbles and aromas of canary melon, fuyu persimmon, white flower and marzipan.
