“Tout Les Temps” is French for “all the time” and this is the white wine that we want to enjoy all the time! A blend of Vermentino from our estate Grosgrain Vineyard, Grenache Blanc and Picpoul from Les Collines Vineyard and Macabeo from Las Canteras Vineyard, these white Mediterranean grapes love the hot, dry conditions in Walla Walla during the growing season and combine to bring complex aromas, fresh acidity and rich texture. Fermented and aged primarily in concrete egg for 6 months.
Bright and fresh with pale gold color and aromas of white peach, lemon zest, honeysuckle and beeswax.
