2025 Albariño

Our Albariño is sourced from the tiny Philips Vineyard in Walla Walla, a short drive down the road from our winery in the Southside district just north of the Oregon border. This wine was matured on its lees for 5 months, primarily in concrete egg (87%), which brings great texture and minerality, with the remainder aging in neutral oak barrels.

 

Crisp and fresh with pale straw color and aromas of Asian pear, white peach, lemon blossom, honey and wet stone.
