“Tout Les Temps” is French for “all the time” and this is the white wine that we want to enjoy all the time! An estate blend of Vermentino and Macabeo from our estate Grosgrain Vineyard, these white Mediterranean grapes love the hot, dry conditions in Walla Walla during the growing season and combine to bring complex aromas, fresh acidity and rich texture. Fermented and aged in neutral oak and stainless steel for 6 months. The 2024 production is extremely limited at only 40 cases made, so this is sure to sell out fast.
Medium-bodied and textured with aromas of meyer lemon oil, yellow apple, honeycomb and almond. Crisp, fresh and dry with mouthwatering acidity.
