2020 Blanc De Blanc

Our tête de cuvée Blanc de Blancs has returned!   Aged an additional year en tirage (nearly 4 years) compared to the 2019, this has taken on additional richness and depth from the increased time on the lees. The wine is 100% Chardonnay grown and picked for sparkling wine from one of the greatest Washington sites for the varietal and has a low dosage (3 G/L) to maintain balance and freshness.

 

Candied lemon, pear and fresh dough aromas are backed by creamy, fine bubbles which drive the lengthy finish.
