Immersion dyeing is a process where colors are blended into fabric as seen on the label created by co-owner Kelly Austin. Our Immersion blend is meant to marry the flavors of Rhone varieties grown in and around our estate Grosgrain Vineyard, located on a basalt ridge in the southern reaches of the Walla Walla Valley.

Italian plum-purple hue with medium body, silky tannin and aromas of black fig, blackcurrent, olive tapenade, white pepper and pea gravel.

Aged 11 months in neutral French Oak barrels.
