The Lemberger Pét Nat is back! After experimenting with the méthode champenoise for our sparkling Lemberger in 2022 (with delicious results) we've brought the Lemberger back to it's pét nat roots in 2023. Still from the beautiful old vines (planted in 1976) at Kiona Vineyard. This historic block was part of the first vineyard plantings on Red Mountain and the first Lemberger (aka Blaufränkisch/ Kekfrankos) to be planted in the United States.  When we launched Grosgrain in 2018, we had the wild idea to make a sparkling wine from these grapes and it has become one of our favorites.
