2023 Tout Le Temps

Walla Walla Valley

"Tout Le Temps" is French for "all the time" and this is the white wine that we want to have all the time! A blend of Grenache Blanc from Les Collines Vineyard and the first Vermentino harvested from our estate Grosgrain Vineyard.  These white Mediterranean grapes love the hot, dry conditions we have in Walla Walla during the growing season and combine to bring complex aromas, fresh acidity and rich texture, aided by the use of concrete eggs for fermentation and aging.

Medium-bodied and textured with aromas of lemon zest, honey, white flower and straw. Crisp, fresh and dry with mouthwatering acidity.
