2023 Blush

The 2023 vintage sees an increased percentage of organically farmed fruit from our estate vineyard joining the blend for our Blush, including both Grenache and Carignan from Grosgrain Vineyard. Additional Grenache comes from Blue Mountain Vineyard in the foothills to the east, another high elevation site that is perfect for creating our acid driven rosé.

 

Lightly treaded by foot and then whole-cluster pressed. Fermented at cool temperatures and matured on the lees in concrete (65%) and stainless steel (35%).

 

Pale salmon hue with aromas of fresh strawberry, peach, white rose and wet stone. Crisp, fresh and dry with mouthwatering acidity.

 

74% Grenache + 26% Carignan • 12.5% alc • 450 cases produced.
