2023 Skin Contact Semillon

Our Sémillon from Les Collines Vineyard is produced in a unique way where 60% of the grapes are fermented on their skins for 14 days, resulting in a rich and textured component, while pressing the remaining grapes immediately brings freshness and verve. Aging for 11 months in concrete egg, neutral barrel, clay amphora and stainless steel brings additional layers from the mix of vessels.

 

Viscous and layered with a pale golden hue and aromas of lemon verbena, Asian pear, dry straw and baked clay.
