We fermented half of the grapes on their skins for 12 days, resulting a rich and textured wine, while pressing the other half immediately to bring freshness and verve.
Viscous and layered with notes of lemon pith, golden apple, dried pineapple, beeswax and hay. Best served at cool cellar temperature.
Aged in in concrete egg, clay amphora, neutral oak and stainless steel.
100% Sémillon. 12% alc.
