Lightly treaded by foot and then whole-cluster pressed from Grenache farmed specifically for Rosé.  Fermented  and aged in concrete egg (65%) and stainless steel (35%).  Pale blush hue with notes of fresh strawberry, ruby red grapefruit, melon and white flower. Crisp, fresh and dry with mouthwatering acidity.
