Les Collines, one of the largest vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley at 255 acres, sits in the foothills of the Blue Mountains and has long been considered a top site for Syrah in Washington.  Our 2018 Les Collines Vineyard Syrah was sourced from block 36, but in 2019 we moved to block 43, one of the prized higher elevation blocks.  The result is a more structured and ageable style that we are releasing a full two years after we released our 2018.

Youthful with fine-grained tannins and a deep nose of blackberry, black pepper, black tea and violets.  Aged in neutral French oak barrels and demi-muids for 22 months.  Give it a decant if consuming in the near term or hide it in your cellar for a few years. 

100% Syrah. 14% alc.
